By using Drayfus you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Who can use it
You must be at least 14 years old. You're responsible for the activity on your account.
Your content
The stacks, text and votes you create are yours. By publishing them, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display them within the service (including translation into the site's other languages). You're responsible for holding the rights to what you publish.
Conduct
Don't publish unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, spam, or anything meant to harm the service or other people.
Third-party content
Book covers and bibliographic data come from Open Library and Google Books; they belong to their owners and are shown for informational purposes.
Moderation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is", free of charge and without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing limits the rights the law grants to consumers.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll flag any material changes, and the "last updated" date will reflect them.
Governing law
Spanish law; jurisdiction as stated in the Legal Notice.
Language
This document is offered in English and Spanish. In case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails; the Spanish version is provided as a courtesy translation. This does not diminish the rights granted to consumers by applicable law.
